Third quarter of C19. Wide 3-bay villa of 2 storeys and basement. Stock brick
with stone dressings including banded basement and top entablature with modillion
cornice and blocking course. Architraves and cills to sash windows, those on
ground floor with console bracketed cornice and pediment. Balustraded stops
to central tetrastyle Corinthian portico now glazed in with balcony over.
