Early-mid C19. Two-storey corner building with 3-bay frontages to Cornwall
Road and to Roupell Street. Stock brick with parapet front and round, rebated
corner. Blank parapet panels above windows. Gauged flat brick arches to sash
windows with glazing bars, several blocked. Corner shop front has fluted pilasters
supporting entablature which projects over rounded corner doorway. Shop glazing
altered. At right, a 6-panel door with cornice head and plain fanlight. Blank
right bay.
