1913-14 by Adshead and Ramsey. Duchy of Cornwall Estate. Row of 2-storey,
2-window cottages. Yellow stock brick with key-patterned stucco first floor
cill band, dentilled cornice and blocking course, raised at centre and ends.
End houses project slightly. Sash windows with glazing bars under gauged brick
arches, those on ground floor round with interlaced bars in head. Doors of
2 large panels and a lozenge-glazed top light in wood trellis porches with swept
lead hoods. Low, wrought iron front railings.
