Small, one-storey, 3-window building of mid C19. Stock brick with segment-headed
panels framed in rusticated stucco to form voussoirs. These contain sash windows
with glazing bars and bracketed cills under segmental gauged brick arches.
The whole surmounted by cornice and parapet raised in centre for panel inscribed
Norwood Infant School. Fairly low-pitched slated roof shows gable on left return
with round-arched window and rusticated angle pilasters. Another, narrower,
gabled range behind.
