Mid C19 terrace, each 3 storeys and basement, 2 windows. Stucco with banded
rusticated ground floor and basement to a cornice (continuous with door and
window cornices) supporting 2-storey pilasters to frieze, cornice and panelled
parapet. Ornamental paired brackets to cornice. Sash windows with horizontal
bars, alternately single and tripartite, in-moulded architraves on second floor,
under console bracketed cornices on first and ground floors. These also have
an ornamental surround of sunflower stems in high relief with flowers as angle
paterae (many flowers missing). Pediments and cast iron fancy guards to ground
floor windows. Six steps, with stuccoed balustrades, to half-glazed 4-panel
doors well set back behind modified entablature surrounds.
