Mid C19 terrace, each house 3 storeys and basement, 2 windows. No 16 has one
window in set back, 2-storey entrance bay, as has No 21.
Stucco with ground floor and basement of banded rustication to a cornice (continuous
with door and window cornices) on which rest pilasters supporting main frieze,
cornice and panelled parapet with balustraded sections. Alternating single
and tripartite sash windows with horizontal bars, second floor in moulded architraves,
ground and first floor with ornamental surrounds of sunflower stems in high
relief with the flowers as angle paterae. Console bracketed cornices over.
Pediments and cast iron guards to ground floor windows. Six steps, with stuccoed
balustrades, to 4-panel doors in moulded architrave set back behind doorway
with similar architrave and console bracketed cornice.
