Mid C19 terrace, one of the 2 largest of the Grafton Square layout. Each house
4 storeys and basement, 2 windows, one of which is in a set-back entrance bay
in the end houses. Stucco with banded rusticated basement whose cornice (level
with door and window cornices) supports 2-storey pilasters to main frieze of
flowery guilloche moulding with cornice above. Attic storey over has short
pilasters to frieze, cornice on paired brackets and parapet with openwork sections.
Alternating single and tripartite sash windows, in moulded architraves on 2
upper floors, and with raised sunflower-stem borders with flowers forming angle
paterae below; console bracketed cornices above these, with pediments on ground
floor and cast iron guards. Nine steps with balustrades to 4 panel doors with
rectangular fanlights set back behind modified entablature surrounds.
