Mid C19. Three-storeys and basement, 3-window, with set back 2-storey added
right bay. Stock brick. Banded rusticated stucco basement and ground floor
forming window voussoirs and key blocks, supporting first floor cill band;
over this a giant order with feathery capitals. Sash windows with glazing bars,
in eared moulded architraves on upper floors, with feet on first floor. Five
steps to 4-panel door, with -cornice head and rectangular fanlight, in prostyle
Ionic porch with enriched cornice.
