Early-mid C19 villa of 3 storeys and basement, 3 windows. Stock brick, incised
stucco basement and ground floor with arcading; rusticated quoins above. Low-pitched
hipped slate roof with deep eaves soffit and one off-centre dormer. Moulded
architraves to sash windows, console bracketed cornice and segmental pediment
at first floor centre. Ornamental cast iron guards to first floor windows.
Ground floor sash windows with glazing bars and similar guards. Arcading has
moulded architraves and impost band. Incised panels below windows. Four-panel
door at right has pilasters, cornice head and plain fanlight.
