Early-mid C19 small villa of 2 storeys and basement, 3 windows. Painted brick
with incised stucco basement. Fairly low-pitched hipped slate roof with deep
eaves soffit. Angle pilasters with stuccoed capitals. Moulded architraves,
ground floor with cornices and bracketed cills, to sash windows with vertical
bars. Six steps to 4-panel door in prostyle porch with square columns. Two-storey
lower left extension with garage.
