Early-mid C19 villa of 3 storeys and basement, 3 windows. Fairly low-pitched
slated roof with end chimney walls. Eaves soffit with elaborate brackets and
moulded cornice. Stock brick. Altered architraves to sash windows with glazing
bars or margin lights; console bracketed cornice and pediment on ground floor.
Bracketed cills; cast iron guards on ground and second floor. Eight steps to
4-panel door, with cornice head and rectangular fanlight, in prostyle porch,
No 45 with mutuled cornice, No 47 with Doric detail. Included for group value.
