Late C18 or early C19 terrace. Three-storeys and basement, three, two and two
windows, No 139 irregular. Stock brick with parapet and later dentilled cornice
band. Remains of first floor band. Gauged flat brick arches to sash windows
with glazing bars except on first floor of Nos 141 and 143 - long first floor
casements with transoms and patterned cast iron balconies. No 139 has an added
canted bay at left. Doors of four fielded and two beaded panels with enriched
cornice head and fanlight with interlaced bars in narrow carved architrave. Doorcases
of fluted columns and open pediment on carved brackets.
