Arcaded chest tomb. c1881, carved by J. Rogerson of Liverpool.
Stone and pink granite. High Victorian Gothic. Rectangular
stepped plinth with frieze having inscribed religious texts in
raised lettering. 5x2 bay gabled arcading with pointed arches
on pink granite columns with foliated heads surrounds a stone
coffin with hipped lid. Hipped and gabled roof with moulded
and enriched ridge. The Rev. William Morley Punshon was a
Wesleyan minister.
