Early C19. Two storeys, attic and basement; three windows. Stock brick with
altered stucco cornice and parapet, and stuccoed basement below inserted damp
course. Tall slated mansard roof with dormers. Gauged flat brick arches to sash
windows with glazing bars (except on ground floor) in stucco lined reveals. Elliptical
arched recesses (some brickwork renewed) to ground floor windows. Nine steps,
with later wrought iron handrail, to half glazed door with cornice head and plain
fanlight, in round arched stuccoed recess. Included partly for group value, in
spite of alterations.
