Early-mid C19 terrace, each two storeys and basement, two windows. Stock brick
with stone-coped parapet. Stuccoed ground floor and basement, with incised lines.
Pilasters support ground floor entablature with blocking course to first floor
cill band. Gauged flat brick arches to first floor sash windows with glazing
bars. Ground floor long casements with transoms and patterned cast iron balconies.
Doors of five fancy panels with rectangular fanlight. Cast or wrought iron area
railings. Entrance to No 28 is on right return.
