Early C19 villa, with some rebuilding to upper walls. Two-storeys and basement,
three windows. Red brick. Gauged round brick arches to sash windows with glazing
bars on ground floor. Later, simple casements above. Six panel door with fluted
pilasters and architrave, with key and impost blocks, holding radial fanlight
over cornice head. Four steps with plain wrought iron handrail.
