This is an end house of the Stockwell Park Crescent composition, so main front
is on right return. Early-mid C19. Two storeys and basement, 3 windows. Stucco
with incised lines. Angle pilasters support open pedimented east gable end.
Fairly low-pitched slated roof. Moulded window architraves with cornices and
bracketed cills. Sash windows with margin lights; wrought iron guards on ground
floor. Ionic porch in antis has modern door in moulded architrave. On east
front a one-bay extension which is No 46A.
