the address shall be amended to read "TOOTING BEC GARDENS SW16 - (south-west side) -
Electricity sub-station" and the description shall be amended to read as follows:

Electricity sub-station, early 1900s. Coursed rubble with ashlar dressings. C15 Gothic style is a
curious complement to the adjoining Church of the English Martyrs. One tall storey, three bays.
Tall, hipped slate roof and parapet. Large traceried windows.
