Early-mid C19 villa of two storeys and basement, three windows. Stucco with incised lines. Low-pitched hipped slated roof has eaves soffit with long brackets. Sash windows in moulded architraves. Eight replaced steps to half-glazed four-panel door (with reeded pilasters, cornice head and plain fanlight) in wood Ionic prostyle porch with square columns. Graded partly for prominent corner position.
