Early-mid C19 villa. Two-storeys and basement, 3-windows. Yellow stock brick
with stuccoed basement. Fairly low-pitched hipped slated roof with eaves soffit
and end chimneys. Gauged brick window arches, flat on first floor to replaced
sashes, round in round-arched recesses to ground floor casements, resting on ground
floor string. Eight-stone steps, with patterned cast iron handrails, to half-glazed
4-panel door in prostyle Tuscan porch with dentil cornice. Two-storey, one-window
similar left extension with altered rendered parapet.
