Row of houses, originally detached, square, early-mid C19 villas. Now restored,
converted to flats and linked by set-back, boarded garage and entrance sections
of one storey and deep basement. Each house 2 storeys and basement, 2 windows.
Stock brick with fairly low-pitched hipped slated roof, eaves soffit. Stucco
first floor cill band. Sash windows with glazing bars (first floor vertical only
in moulded architraves) ground floor tripartite with stuccoed frieze and bracketed
cornice, and ornamental cast iron guards. Basement windows in shallow segment-headed
