Substantial early-mid C19 villas, each 3 storeys and basement, 3 windows. Stock
brick. No 372 has modern rendered front, No 374 older Roman cement. Both have
cornice and blocking course. Sash windows with glazing bars, No 374 in moulded
architraves. No 372 has door of 2 long panels and rectangular fanlight in altered
prostyle porch with square columns. No 374 has modern double door in prostyle
porch. Included for group value with No 376.
