1815. Very large sarcophagus-shaped chamber with back entrance. Portland stone.
High plinth. Battered angles with ribs support roll moulding and deep coved
cornice with modified triglyphs. Blocking course over. Slate slabs in 3 sides
bear: in front, a helmet; to right, names of chief members of family; to left,
a list of 10 children all but one of whom died in childhood or youth.
