1901, by P W Dixon of Manchester. Art Nouveau Gothic. Red brick and yellow
terracotta. West front with wide centre gable and large tripartite window.
Short square tower on right side with corner buttresses and crenellated parapet.
Windows with characteristic leaded art nouveau patterns.
