Dated 1905. Neo-Georgian. Three storeys. Four windows to George Lane, three to Marlborough Road. Entrance on splayed corner. Steeply pitched red tile roof with pedimented dormers. Prominent ornamental chimneystack with blank panel. Ground floor and dressings of yellow stone. Upper part red brick with pilasters. Timber modillion cornice. First floor windows with architraves. Second floor windows with flat gauged brick arches and keystones. Ground floor has wide arched windows with eaves architraves. Door in channelled arch. Second floor window above flanked by carved stone garlands.
