1897. Open 3-sided building with bracketted gable and flat gothic arch to each
side, one gable having a medallion of Queen Victoria. Circular spirelet covered
in shingles. Hard red brick and splayed granite plinth with a drinking fountain
on one side and a horse trough on the road side.
Commemorates Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee.
