Probably mid C19. Public house. Two-storeys. Two bays to Nightingale Lane,
4 to Carlton Terrace. Entrance on canted corner. Stuccoed. Upper windows segmental
headed with architraves and entablatures. Cornice and blocking course. Channelled
quoins. Over the corner a small semi-circular pediment inscribed "The Nightingale".
Slated roof. The ground floor has a pub front with coupled pilasters carrying
cornice and entablature and blank stucco panels.
