Originally the Steward's House of the Monkham's Estate. Probably early C19.
Detached house. Two storeys. Six windows wide. Yellow stock brick with low
pitched hipped slate roof. Central entrance with semi-circular fanlight. Double
hung sash windows under segmental gauged brick arches. Large canted bay window
running through 2 storeys on right hand side.
