Dwellinghouse. Late C18 or early C19. Yellow stock brick. 3 storeys above base-
ment. 3 windows. Stone coped parapet. Ground floor windows formed within shallow
recessed round headed panels. Finely gauged flat brick arches, to recessed sash
windows subdivided by glazing bars (margin glazing to ground floor). Stucco cill
band to first floor. Central panelled entrance door in round headed opening with
fanlight and mutuled cornice head. Cast iron railings with spearhead finials enclose
basement area.
