Detached house. 1889. Designed by E J May. Plum brick, red dressings, hipped
tiled roof to eaves. 2 storeys, arched dormers. 5 bays wide. Entrance in
projecting porch between first and second bays from left; cornice and hipped roof,
entered from right. Panelled door. Windows, segmental headed to ground floor,
square headed above. Ground floor right side with canted bay window. Timber
mullioned and transomed windows to ground floor; plate glass; casements. Sashes
to upper floor, small panes, glazing bars. Coved eaves. 2 double gabled 2-light
dormers; sashes, plate glass. Tall chimneys. Interior not seen.
