Detached house. 1892-4. Designed by Sir Ernest George. Brown brick. Hipped tiled
roof to eaves. 2 storeys; 6 bays wide. Projecting glazed porch with hipped roof
and turned balusters to third bay from right; similar but smaller porch to left;
dentil cornices to both. 2-light square headed windows, timber mullions and
transoms; leaded lights. Modillion eaves cornice above first floor. Rear elevation
similar.
