Housing, probably formerly stable block to the former Lauriston House. Circa
1700. Painted brick. Pantiled pitched roof to eaves. 2 storeys. 8 bays with
third and fourth from left set forward beneath pediment with inset blind thermal
window these bays with round headed blind windows to upper floor. Other windows
square headed; some blind (to right); others sashed. 16 paned, glazing bars.
Brick band between storeys. Timber eaves cornice.
