Detached house. Circa 1850. Stucco. 2 storeys. 3 main bays, outer bays
with rusticated quoins and shallow gables. Central recessed entrance with
Ionic columns in Greek key pattern frieze and niches containing statues
recessed to each side of doorway. Panelled door. Above entrance a loggia
with Serlian motif topped by cast iron balustrade of anthemion pattern.
Paired arched windows to ground floor; stucco architraves. Single arched windows
to upper floor; flanked by Corinthian pilasters except to centre; paired arched
subsidiary lights. Timber mullions. Stucco cornice above first floor, probably
simplified.
