Probably C18. Stucco and weatherboarded, timber framed with steeply pitched, pantile
roof and central chimney-stack. Two-storey cottage, 2 bays wide, the lower windows
being canted bays with casements. Upper sash windows with margins run up into the
overhanging eaves.
