C18, altered early to mid C19. Painted brick, with rusticated stucco to ground floor.
Three storeys and dormers. Six windows wide to Bridge Street, (later addition to
south of no interest). Entrance to right in projecting C19 pilastered extension of
4 bays, the centre of which extends into the first floor. Moulded windows to this
part and rest of ground floor. Other windows sashed, square headed with gauged brick.
Brick band above first floor. Return 2 windows wide to Hill Rise. Included partly
for group value with Nos 3-17 Hill Rise.
