Early C18 house. Brown brick and red dressings. Two storeys and dormers. Three
windows wide to King Street. Ground floor stuccoed, with central entrance which has
scrolly consoles supporting entablature. Two-light window to right. At first floor
level 3 square headed flush framed sash windows. Return to The Green one window wide.
Tiled pitched hipped roof. Timber modillion eaves cornice to The Green, but simple
white band at eaves to King Street. Forms end of terrace with 1-6 Old Palace Terrace.
