Late C18. Was originally a detached house set sideways on the road with its main
front facing south. Main building 3 storeys and attic and originally 4 window bays
wide. The top storey is treated as a notional entablature defined by a stucco
architrave and dentil eaves cornice, pedimented over the 2 bays. The cornice
to the pediment is broken by enlarged attic windows. Pediment contains a plaster
medallion. Street front is 2 bays wide with a pedimented gable. Eaves cornice and
architrave and continued from the south front and onto the north return. Bulls-eye
window in tympanum.
A later C19, 2-storey extension has obscured much of the south front.
