Late C18/early C19 terrace of cottages. Stock brick with parapet, ground floor stucco below band course at 1st floor sill height. Roof not visible. 3 storeys and basement, 2 windows each; those of top floor with gauged flat arches, 1st floor windows in large shallow arched recesses, ground floor windows round headed. Painted reveals, some glazing bars. Round headed doorways with plain fanlights and coved stucco surrounds.

The listed buildings of Arbour Square form a group with Nos 3 to 19 (consec) East Arbour Street.
