1899. At rear of Marlow House (qv). Red brick, slate roofs with skylights. Two storeys, two windows and central door on each floor to each of five blocks except No 1 which is of one storey only. All casement windows, those on ground floor include a door under cambered arch with lining overall.

The Boundary Estate is an early LCC estate of advanced design for its period. It contains a variety of architectural details and its streets radiate from a central raised park in Arnold Circus. The entire estate forms a group.
