Mid C18. Yellow brick with corbelled cornice at 3rd floor. Stone coping to parapet.
Roof not visible. 4 storeys, 3 windows with gauged flat arches. Recessed sashes
with glazing bars. Very fine wooden Doric shop front with flattened bow windows
and central and side entrances with carved overdoors. (Continuous iron 1st floor
balcony removed for alterations.) Vaulted and paved entrance corridor and good
interior.

Nos 52 to 58 (even) Artillery Lane form a group with Nos 2 to 16 (consec) Artillery
Passage and with the bollards at the junction of the 2 streets.
