Early/mid C19. Stock brick, brick band between 1st and 2nd floors. 3 storeys,
2 windows, sashes with segmental heads. Shop front with dentil cornice, 2 bays
width to Sandys Row. Grade II for important corner position at the entrance to
Artillery Passage.

Nos 52 to 58 (even) Artillery Lane form a group with Nos 2 to 16 (consec) Artillery
Passage and with the bollards at the junction of the 2 streets.
