Early C19. Stock brick, coped parapet, roof not visible. Painted stucco plinth
and stucco band at 1st floor sill height. 2 storeys and basement, 2 windows each.
All sash windows with gauged flat arches, most glazing bars intact. Round headed
doorways in recessed arches. Fanlights and fluted pilasters.

Nos 17 to 31 (odd) form a group with Nos 3 to 8 (consec) Flamborough Street and
Nos 1 to 16 (consec) York Square all surrounding York Square.
