1899. Red brick with tiled mansard roof, pitched over gables, conical over corner towers. Heavy, bracketed wooden eaves cornice. Four storeys and dormers, five under gables and corner towers. End and centre advanced under angular three bay towers and centre double gables of three bays each with hanging dormer between. Twenty two windows in all, sashes and casements with glazing bars. Facade to Navarre Street similar but only fifteen windows. Bay between two centre gables has cornice carried up to form semi-circular pediment over central window

The entire estate forms a group.
