C18 mid to late. Brick with open pediments, with paired brackets at sides, clock
in tympanum and above a louvred cupola with weathervane. Above ground floor are
3 segmental headed recessed windows with glazing bars, through 1st and 2nd floors.
On left, return elevation has 8-bays link with other buildings.
