Early C19 terrace of stock brick, roof not visible. Stucco cornice and blocking
course and stucco band at 1st floor sill height. Stuccoed basement. 3 storeys
and basement, 2 windows each, those of ground floor with segmental arched
brick heads set under wide brick arches with similar heads. Arched recesses
to 1st floor windows. Sashes, some with margin lights. Doors with stucco
panelled pilasters, cornice hood and entablature. Arched panels to doors,
plain fanlights. Some iron handrails remain to steps.

Nos 2 to 44 (even) and Nos 1 to 27 (odd) form a group with Nos 35 to 49 (consec)
Arnold Road and Nos 1 to 25 (consec) Tomlins Grove.
