Early C19. Yellow stock brick with stucco eaves cornice, band and blocking course.
Low pitched, gabled slate roof. Stucco band at 1st floor sill height (except
No 44). 2 storeys and basement, 2 windows, sashes all with glazing bars except
ground floor Nos 48 and 52. No 44 ground floor shop front of early-mid C19 with
fluted pilasters, modern fascia board covers up top portion. Pierced iron ventilators
to windows. All round headed doorways with fluted pilasters.
Nos 40 to 52 (even) form group.
