Circa 1720. Brown brick with red brick dressings. 4 storeys, basement and attic.
3 windows, 1 blank on 1st and 2nd floors. Parapet. Windows have segmental arches
to double hung sashes in flush frames with glazing bars. Wood doorcase with panelled
reveals, plain Doric pilasters, triglyphs, rosettes in metopes and mutule cornice.
Curved wrought iron guards to basement windows.

The road surface of Elder street with Nos 1 to 23 odd and Nos 24 to 36
(even) form a group with Nos 9 and 10 and the road surface of Fleur de Lys
Street.
