Circa 1720. Brown brick, 3 storeys, basement and dormers. 3 windows. Tiled
roof. Red segmental arches with fluted keys to double hung sashes in flush frames
with glazing bars, 2 windows blank. Stone cills with brackets. Parapet. No 21
- simple wooden doorcase with architrave and shallow brackets. No 19 - plain
stucco doorcase with round headed arch, flat cornice over and architrave surround
to doors.

The road surface of Elder Street with Nos 1 to 23 (odd) and Nos 24 to 36
(even) form a group with Nos 9 and 10 and the road surface of Fleur de Lys
Street.
