Circa 1720. 3 storeys and basement. 3 and 5 windows (1 blank window in centre
of top storey to No 34). Brown brick with red brick dressings. Parapet. Segmental
arches to windows with double hung sashes in flush frames with glazing bars.
No 32 - round headed doorway with stucco surround and fanlight.
No 34 - doorcase with plain pilasters, dentilled cornice and pediment, 2 windows,
right of central entrance and wood framed door opening on left.
Wrought iron railings with pineapple finials in front of both houses.

The road surface of Elder Street, with Nos 1 to 23 (odd) and Nos 24 to 36
(even) form a group with Nos 9 and 10 and the road surface of Fleur de Lys
Street.
