Early C19. Rendered with Ionic pilasters at sides extending full height of building.
Wide eaves soffit. 2 storeys, 3 sash windows with glazing bars in moulded architraves,
ledged below and with panels under 1st floor windows. Central door with pilasters,
architrave and panelled reveals.

All the listed buildings in Flamborough Walk form a group.
